billetterie

ONLINE TICKETS 

• Online tickets sales : 14.04
• Tickets are on sale on the online ticketing platform Petzi: www.petzi.ch 
• Support the festival with a donation : you can do so by purchasing your ticket online for 30CHF instead of the original amount. The difference will be donated to the festival.

CENTRAL TICKET DESK

During the festival, the central ticket office is located at the arsenic.
It is open every day 1 hour before the door opening.

PAY-IT-FORWARD TICKETS (donation for others)

You can support other festival-goers <3
Tickets are 15CHF and we know that this price can be a barrier. However, we depend on admissions to run a good part of the festival.
We have therefore set up a system of suspended tickets:
If you have enough money, a salary, a stable situation and you won't feel the difference by spending 15CHF more this weekend, you can give someone a free ticket.
You can buy an extra ticket at the arsenic and leave it as a pay-it-forward  ticket.

• Lors du festival, l’accès au / l’ensemble des événements programmés à l’arsenic est réservé aux personnes de  plus de 18 ans.

• Certaines conférences, spectacle et performance sont accessibles aux -18 ans / n’ont pas de restriction d'âge  (cf. liste des événements "JEUNE PUBLIC" dans la rubrique MÉDIAITON)

CONDUITES

• Nous appliquerons une tolérance zéro envers les comportements oppressifs tels que transphobie, racisme, validisme, homophobie, grossophobie ou sexisme. 

• Le festival se réserve le droit de refuser l’entrée ou d’exclure à quiconque ne se conforme pas aux chartes de conduite du festival ainsi qu’aux règles de sécurité de nos lieux partenaires sans indemnité ou remboursement de billet.

La programmation contient des événements en ligne tels que la retransmission live de certains concerts, soirée, conférences et tables rondes ainsi que la diffusion d’une sélection de films sur notre plateforme streaming. Les films programmés sont en V.O. sous-titrés français et/ou anglais.

The FdS and all its events are meant to be places of love, kindness and celebra- tion of diversity.

Everyone is welcome here, but not violent, aggressive, oppressive and discriminatory behaviours. Racist, homophobic, transphobic, validist, grossophobic, enbyphobic, sexist, classist, ageist or any other form of oppressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

We also ask you to respect each other’s boundaries and to ensure the person’s consent in an interested interaction. Here, love is given in an infinite number of forms, and always with consent.

During the party nights, if you are a victim or witness of inappropriate behaviour, you can speak to a member of the care team. They can be recognised by their care team t-shirts/shirts. If you need a quiet place to rest, they will gladly take you there. You can also ask the bar or event staff at any time.
Be attentive and caring towards others, let’s not leave anyone isolated.

The venues in which we are gathered welcomes us generously, so let’s give it back by respecting this space, its rules and the people who work here.
